A Case of Necessity Box of Safety Pins Antique Postcard pill box 5" tall x 2 3/4"Terrific graphics on this punny antique postcard produced by the J. I Austen Company, Chicago, which made some good ones! C. 1910 or so I believe. Hard to beat that green box with red liner and perfectly lined up safety pins and pretty clever too. 3 1 2" x 5 1 2" and in very good, unused condition. A bit of foxing staining visible on the background, pretty minor.
