Made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc with 10% Semillon

The palate is perhaps showing its age a bit more with ferrous red fruit

100 bottles were filled in August 2019

It matured in used 500-liter oak barrels for 11 months

Laurent Ponsot, Cuvee du Sorbier other_regions Made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc(Mountain Ash tree; from a . 28 ha parcel). A mentholated top note is present on the cooler and more restrained nose of various red berries, cinnamon and a pretty array of floral elements. There is fine intensity to the tautly muscular larger scaled flavors that also possess excellent delineation on the sneaky long, balanced and equally tightly wound finale. This is also very good though patience is recommended as this will require time to flesh out.
