Not having tasted it before
intense and utterly delicious middle weight flavors that possess cuts-like-a-knife delineation before concluding in a chiseled
There is a bit more size and weight to the rich and nicely textured flavors that also exude a subtle bead of minerality before concluding in a dry and clean if mildly rustic finale
There is a sense of panache and class about this 1996
Henri Boillot, Puligny Montrachet Vintage:2013 Not having tasted it before(from 1 ha of evenly mixed vines in Houlires, Charmes, La Rue aux Vaches, Rue Rousseau and Enseignres). The elegant and pure nose offers up notes of stylish white fleshed fruit, floral and discreet citrus tinged aromas. Here too the beautifully textured flavors possess a subtle minerality on the long, balanced and very complex finish. This is an excellent Puligny villages and well worth checking out.
