and I think the cap's meant to serve as a jigger

which appears to me to be birds eye walnut veneer with marquetry detail around the edge

Sad of course not to to have a full deck, but these six alone represent quite the cast of characters! The backs are great too, blue on cream cream stock, with the Hard A Port sailor logo at center. Cards measure 3 7 8" x 2 5
