C. 1940s Folk Art Rooster Shelf with Hooks folk art tray but have no idea howA charmer of a rooster I think, all the better for the alligatoring to the red paint on the comb and wattle! It has definitely done some duty as a shelf, with a glued repair to an old split there, and to be safe I would not put much weight on it now, though I think a smalll, lightweight thing or two would be fine. In addition to the rooster itself, I love the fact that the two hooks below the shelf are just two bent nails. 7 5 8" w x 6 3 8" t x 3" d.
