Cashmeran, a warm, woody and resinous pine note has an unusually complex character for a single molecule. It combines cocooning, musky softness with a dry, aromatic woodiness. Cashmeran was created in a laboratory at IFF in the late 1970s. Molecule 05, cashmeran, is dry, radiant, warm and woody with an unexpected touch of pine resin, says Geza Schoen. That gave me the idea of creating a
