Castello di Verduno Barbaresco 2021 (1.5L) QUANTITY CHECK where our Valdiguié livesFrom Verduno, the northernmost commune of Barolo, Castello di Verduno is a historic estate making classic, organically farmed Nebbiolo from both Barolo and Barbaresco. This is their village Barbaresco in magnum (1. 5L), the format that ages slowly and pours like a celebration. Fermentation runs long in stainless using a submerged cap technique with native yeasts, then the wine rests roughly two years in large Slavonian oak casks. The 2021 is a
