2025 Hatzidakis Familia, Santorini, Greece Alexander Koppitsch Bottled without SO2This is a pre order item expected to arrive mid June 2026. Assyrtiko 100% From the Family Vineyards, Pyrgos. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in tank, where it ages fo 5 months after and bottled unfiltered.
