Orientation Southeast 300 600m in elevation. Soil Rocky, glacial schist. Viticulture Hand harvested. Vinification Fermented in stainless steel and or cement for 20 30 days with a twelve day maceration on the skins. Aging Aged for two years in large casks ranging from 15 to 50HL
