It opens with notes of red cherries cinnamon spice porcini mushrooms cherry pit and dark stones with ripe tannins and a mossy earth undertone. Despite its savory depth and umami undertones it remains pure and lifted with refreshing acidity a supple silky texture and ripe tannins. Medium bodied and never turning astringent it finishes long and floral. 97
